Sales and Marketing Enablement Manager

Hiboo Networks Inc. is currently searching for a talented individual to join our team as the Sales and Marketing Enablement Manager. This position will be responsible for helping to build support the launch and growth of this new Canadian technology brand. Working closely with leadership, they will develop, design and implement the sales and marketing operations tools, artifacts and processes and will be the champion of sales and marketing enablement via technology platforms including CRM.

The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing operations, analytics and reporting, customers, providing innovative solutions and successful market growth. This role is critical in building the foundation for future market and product expansion for Hiboo within the Region and beyond.

Here’s What You Will Do

  • Build, document and implement sales, marketing and customer journey-related processes to ensure optimal performance and customer experience in line with the Hiboo brand promise.
  • Lead the implementation, and ongoing management of the Hubspot CRM Suite  (Sales, Marketing, Support hubs) including administration, curation of sales and marketing assets, emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and knowledge base.
  • Create and maintain sales and marketing reports, dashboards and documentation including sales, revenue, marketing campaigns, processes, documentation, tools and improvement initiatives
  • Support the sales team throughout the stages of the sales cycle, helping to coordinate pre-and post-sales processes, including contract management, firm order templates, and internal orders
  • Assist with the creation and coordination of RFP processes, responses and records, working closely with sales
  • Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, training documents, digital assets, and new platform and tool development
  • Oversee best practice inbound and outbound lead generation and nurturing processes across multiple channels, lead development for sales, including via live chat, and ensure leads are being assigned and actioned
  • Assist in development and maintenance of key vertical lists of leads to be used for outbound marketing
  • Assist in research, presentations, supporting RFP submissions, and follow-ups for the sales team
  • Liaise with internal teams in support of service, delivery and quote to cash process development, documentation and maintenance
  • Assist in development and management of sales and marketing onboarding programs end-user training and support materials
  • Technical point of contact for all sales and marketing operations activities

Here’s What You Need – Skills and Qualifications

  • A Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing or Digital Marketing or another related discipline
  • A minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in B2B Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing in the telecommunications services industry
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B Sales and Marketing Processes and Enablement with a strong analytical background and comfort with Financial Operations
  • Experience in email marketing, digital marketing, and marketing automation technology, analysing results and data to optimize results
  • Proficient using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI) or similar
  • Ability to execute quickly sales and marketing enablement activities, and develop processes
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to translate data into actionable takeaways and plans
  • Executive presentation and communications skills
  • Exceptional time and project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience in a start-up organization and/or the IT/telecommunications industry is an asset
  • Bilingual and the ability to effectively communicate to business leaders in both English and French is an asset
